"We are hiding our pain in the same place that we hide our power."-Audre Lorde
How do you tap into your power power when experiencing pain; or is your pain dressed up in hard work, the latest fashions, increased productivity, or your latest achievement?
No one knows your struggling because you have always been the strong one, when you really need someone you feel all alone. You have trust issues. Trust issues with family, friends, and even church. You know scripture, but sometimes you even wonder where God is as you deal with your despair.
You are not alone. You can shift into experiencing more joy, more peace, and more rest with strategies that teach you how to walk in divine purpose while receiving your divine portion.
We will explore these questions:
1. How is pain showing up in your life?
2. What is the purpose of your pain?
3. What is toxic positivity and how does it lead to spiritual bypassing?
4. Do you have peace in your spirit, or experience joy? Are you really happy, or simply going through the motions?
5. How can you transform fear, limiting beliefs, and deal with anxiety?
This workshop is interactive and will include journaling, and guided visualization.
